St. Patrick's Parish has been at the heart of Catholic life in Campbell River for generations. Founded to serve the growing Catholic community along the northern coast of Vancouver Island, the parish has grown from a small mission congregation into a vibrant community of faith.
Through decades of growth, the parish has been shaped by faithful priests, dedicated families, and lay leaders who gave their time, talent, and treasure to build something lasting. The parish church, the school, and the many ministries that serve our community today are the fruit of that faithfulness.
Today, St. Patrick's continues to welcome new families, celebrate the sacraments, serve those in need, and pass the faith on to the next generation, just as it has done from the beginning.
Our mission is to make disciples. We draw people into an encounter with the living God and send them out to transform the world with the love of Christ.

Father Mel serves as the pastor of St. Patrick's Parish, leading the community in worship, pastoral care, and the sacramental life of the Church.
Our dedicated office team handles sacramental registrations, bulletin submissions, facility bookings, and day-to-day parish operations.
The Parish Pastoral Council advises the pastor on matters of pastoral planning, community life, and the overall mission of the parish. The council is made up of elected parishioners who represent the broader community and help discern the direction of parish life.
